Our Ten Thousand Engineers program focuses on engaging our youth in S.T.E.M. Every student should be exposed to opportunities that exist within the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics field. Stand As Ten Thousand partners with Microsoft where students attend Microsoft training camps where students learn how to write code and how to start their own business.

Stand As Ten Thousand selected eight students from Ron Brown all boys preparatory to participate in the Blacks at Microsoft Minority Student Day.  Students were exposed to Microsoft and the opportunities that exist within Microsoft Corporation. Ron Brown students also got the opportunity to meet Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White and engage with the Councilmember while attending Microsoft's Minority Student Day.
